Are gymnastics classes in Vilnius suitable for children with no experience?

Yes. Gymnastics and flexibility training at KUNU Studio is for children aged 5–8 of every level. We focus on safe acrobatic fundamentals, technique, and injury prevention. Each child is taught according to their ability.

Who benefits from gymnastics and mobility training?

Children develop flexibility, coordination, and strength — all useful before dance or ballet. For adults who sit at a desk, it helps reduce muscle tension and joint stiffness and improves body control and posture.

How long is a gymnastics class and what should I wear?

Children’s sessions last 45 minutes. Wear comfortable sportswear, tie hair back, bring trainers or go barefoot (as the coach advises), and bring water. The exact timetable is on the KUNU Studio website.

Who coaches gymnastics?

Sessions are led by Neringa Masionytė — a former professional gymnast and member of the Lithuanian national team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sport psychology and is studying for a master’s in physical education and sport at VMU. She specialises in flexibility and mobility training.
